Winter in the Colorado Rockies means time to play in a world of white! For over sixty years skiers and snowboarders from around the world have been drawn to the slopes of Winter Park Resort. With an average annual snowfall of over 27 feet, the Fraser Valley historically offers some of the best skiing conditions in the state. Interconnected with 25 chairlifts and 143 trails spread-out over 3,000 acres, Winter Park Resort is a massive ski complex which includes Winter Park, Mary Jane, Vasquez Ridge, Parsenn Bowl, and the Vasquez Cirque.
But today's winter adventure also includes a sleigh ride, snowmobiling, tubing, ice skating, snowshoeing, and much more. After a day of playing in the snow you can return home to Silverado II for a soak, swim, or sauna before heading to dinner at the 490 Steakhouse and Tavern. And after a day of building snowmen with the kids......you'll need it!
