This page is for Silverado II timeshare owners who are looking to sell their week outright and owners looking to trade the use of their week with another Silverado II timeshare owner.  This area is not to be used by owners trying to rent their week and therefore rent requests will not be posted.  If you would like to rent your week please contact the office for more information about having your week added to our rental pool.

Trades:

If you would like us to post your trade request please send us a message stating the week you own and the week you would like.  Please include your account number(s), name as on the account, a contact name, and a contact phone number.  We will only post your first name(s) and phone number or email address along with the week you own and the week you are requesting for a period of one year.

If you make a trade with another owner or decide to have other guests use your unit you will need to send us a letter stating who you are authorizing to use your unit.  Additionally the owner you trade with will also need to send us a letter stating they are allowing you to use their unit.  Please make a note in your letter reminding us to remove your trade request from this page.  Both owners must be current with SIO dues and must not have previously deposited or traded this week with RCI.  We take no responsibility in ensuring the owner you trade with will send us a letter of authorization for your use.  Both trade requests must be received by our office before we will verify financial status, ownership and availability.  All trade requests and authorization letters must be received no later than two weeks before the arrival date.

Sales:

If you would like us to post your sale request please send us a message stating the unit and week you would like to sell.  Please include your account number(s), name as on the account, a contact name, and contact phone number.  We will only post your first name(s) and phone number or email address along with the week you are trying to sell. 

If you sell your week please contact us to have your sale request removed from this page.  Owners must be current with SIO dues to have their request posted on our site.

Notice:

We are currently offering this service at no charge, on a trial basis.  We strive to keep our costs down while providing valuable services to our owners.  If we find that this service starts to become overwhelming for our staff we may need to charge a fee to cover the extra staff hours needed to facilitate this service. 

If you are trying to permanently trade weeks with another owner please follow the proper procedures for real estate transfer transactions, execute the proper documents, have the documents recorded with Grand County, and forward a copy of the recorded documents to our office.
